Shipping

For us, customer experience is one of our main focus. Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are ready for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Orders within EU usually take between 2 and 4 business days. International delivery usually takes about 5–10 business days. These are estimates based in past orders but sometimes it can take longer.

Our shipping costs are flat. Within EU shipping costs are free and for the rest of the world we charge 10 EUR (or equivalent in the country currency).

We take 1 day to process your order and once shipped it takes between 2-4 Business day to be delivered at your address.
